sour

The word sour is derived from Japanese (sour) and also from English (Sour). This originally means low alcohol, distilled wine, sour citrus juice, sour which means sweet. A kind of original cocktail. In Japan, Shawa is a cocktail made by diluting distilled alcohol and fruit juice with soda water. The United States is usually not diluted with carbonated water, and Europe is, in principle, the same as the United States, but some are diluted with carbonated water.
